My Spiritual Journey
My earliest memory was when I was five I received a message from someone. I didn’t know who was talking to me however I believed the message and this began the adventure. This connection gave me information, I knew things and when I told people things they became very uncomfortable. As I grew older I kept quite or ignored the knowing completely.
I learned that I am an empath which made my life challenging because I wasn’t taught to have boundaries. My early years I alternated between hiding in my room and reading or looking for God.
I went to church with anyone that would take me. My parents refused to attend because of a fight with a minister before I was born. Southern Baptist was the most exciting and fun. Other churches were challenging to understand or they felt awful.
I gave up looking for a while until I was 21 then I went to Salt Lake City to check out Later Day Saints. We were not a match. I was married at 22 and had to be baptized to be married and was baptized Lutheran. My husband and I did not attend church.
Marriage did not slow down my search for the TRUTH. We attended EST in 1974. We were active in EST for several years. EST became Landmark Education and I assisted in LEC for almost ten years. I seriously thought LEC would save the planet. In between we attended events including seeing the Dali Lama. We did mediation classes and other seminars. I read life after death books and inspirational books. I saw psychics.
In 2003 many of our close family had died. For my then husband and I this was the end of eight years of taking care of family. We were exhausted. We also started to realize we were done as well. Slowly we moved apart, licking our wounds. I went to my acupuncturist and she informed me she could not move my energy. Wow what did that mean. She sent me to a man that has been my mentor since, Bill Phipps.
Bill Phipps asked me questions and set sacred healing space and taught me what muscle testing was and why we used it. The relief I felt after the first visit had me going back two times a week until I had to slow down because of the money. I did once a week for many years and slowly I was coming back to the world of the living. I turns out I had started leaving in fragments because it was too painful to live. My unhealed trauma for childhood and past lives left me unable to image a future.
That was fourteen years ago. I am single living in a house that I designed and had built, working with clients to resolve their issues.
I work daily with Angels and Guides healing myself, my clients and the planet. I am so grateful for being alive and being able to do what I do. Healing the planet one session at a time is a great gift.

Haunted House #2
At first when I went public I was concerned that people would think I had lost touch of reality, whatever that is, and want to send me to doctors or not talk to me anymore. My friends and family shrugged and acted like so “what’s new?”. Others wanted to tell me their stories. I was getting stopped so regularly that I stopped wearing my shirt that “said ask me about haunted houses.” Most people had a story they want to tell which they resolved by moving or didn’t care if they were living in a haunted house. People are highly adaptable. My marketing plan to wear t-shirts and have signs on my car did not work. Direct mailing had people call me and ask if I thought they lived in a haunted house. So how do people find someone that can help them? It appears that people who need help check the internet.
One of my clients had moved into a house that was owned by a man with a history of drug and violence. All seemed well and a few weeks of living there he was having trouble sleeping. At first, he thought it was him but after several nights of being woke up feeling like someone was in bed with him and no one was there. This repeated feeling had him call me. From the information that I learned from him and the testing there was an earthbound in the house. The earthbound was a succubus and wanted to physically interact with people in skin. It was a she and want to sexually interact with him. He couldn’t sleep with the worry of being assaulted. We sent her to the light and the house was peaceful.
The same client moved to a different house and all was well then weird things started happening at that house. (This reinforces the working with clients before the property). He attracted energies, perhaps because he was sensitive and able to be contacted by them. I really don’t know. The trouble started after he was talking to friends about moving. The next day he came home to a new roll of toilet paper unrolled all over the bathroom floor, and no, he did not have a cat, dog or anyone living with him. Later things were moved or missing. Of course, that inspired him to plan to move sooner. Days before he was to leave he was in the bathroom with the door shut and he tried to leave to find the door was locked. Odd yes, most bathroom door lock for the inside not outside. To compound the situation there was no window, he had no cell phone and lived alone.
Several hours later a friend came looking for him and heard Shim yelling for help. He called me right away and we assisted another female earthbound to the light. His issue seemed to be with female earthbounds. Since then he has changed many of his personal habits and I have not heard from him since.

Haunted Houses #1
People love the idea of being scared on Halloween in haunted houses. The one-time thrill is an adrenal rush and something to talk about for the next couple of days or even weeks. It is another thing to live in a haunted house day in and day out.
Hauntings are uncomfortable especially for the sensitives and children. So, are they REAL? Yes, and some are quite uncomfortable to live with. Our culture has dismissed hauntings as people’s imagination or the stuff of stories and movies. However, for thousands of years cultures from around the world have acknowledge the existence of ghost and other things that go bump in the night. Shamans have cleared these for centuries. Catholic Priest still do exorcisms. Now Healing Key Way Practitioners clear them or if you will, exorcise them.
Healing Key Way Practitioners are people who have done a lot of personal healing usually with other practitioners. The requirement to be a healing Key Way Practitioner can take several years and a great deal of training. The training and classes do not guarantee they will be practitioners only the trainers can determine if they are ready. When they have met all measures and agree to follow the protocols they are then certified as practitioners.
I have been a Healing Key Way Practitioner for over thirteen years and at one time had a business of “Healing Haunted Houses”. I was co-owner of this business for two years, until it came to my attention that one cannot heal a house if the owner or occupant is inviting others to replace the ones we sent to the light. Without healing the people who live there we were creating a revolving door some go out others come in. It was frustrating to heal the same house three time in a month. My clients were doubting our abilities as were we. I then learned that the client must work with me first to heal their issues that attracted the ghost or other energies in the beginning. This wasn’t true for each house.
One house had some strange reddish-brown liquid oozing from its walls and the owners had tried cleaning it with everything they could think of and it came back each time. They contacted me and I spend several hours healing this house. It felt like the house was built on a ceremonial spot. A very dark place that had once been used for dark arts, maybe even sacrifices. The energy was very heavy and took a while to heal. Angels and Guides assisted the house and me. In the end the house was healed inside and outside including the land. We healed the lay lines or meridians of the earth. The house was quite far away and I did not have to go there. Because Healing Key Way is energic and it works as well in front of the client or if they are half way around the world. This house was the exception not the rule.
The classic profile that evolved was that Angels and I healed a house, escorting several Earthbounds to the light and a couple of other energies and next week the owners are calling with the identical issues that were healed. The following week the same scenario. After several times of this happening it came to us that the client needed to be the person or people living in the house first, then the house was the second client.
One such client was a house in Colorado. A family of four lived in the house. My partner had healed the house three times and nothing had changed. He called me in a panic and told me what had happened; he was beside himself. After testing (we use muscle testing) about the house and clients. I found out it was the people living in the house, I needed to work with first, before the house.
The house was occupied by two toddler boys, Mom and Dad as well as a large dog. The dog would not go into the kitchen… strange. And every night after the boys were sound to sleep in their beds their super large toy fire engines the ones with bells and sirens would go off at 9:00 pm. The mother and father’s nerves were frayed. The parents had taken the batteries of the engines and they still went off. The fire engines were finally put in the garage without batteries and still went off at 9:00 pm. This had been going on for two weeks. The Mother was afraid they would have to move or they would go crazy.
Fortunately, we could work by phone and we scheduled a session for the earliest time possible. When we began, we set sacred healing space and invited Angels and beings that love us to assist us. We also declare our intention to do no harm. The mother was the surrogate for the little boys. The first client was the two- and- a half year old. His mother told me how sweet and kind he was until quite recently and he had changed and was not listening and getting in fights with his playmates. The testing indicated he had and Earthbound and some other energy attached to him or his field. The Earthbound was a five-year-old that died a few years earlier and had recently attached to the oldest boy. The Second energy we did not have a name for it but happily the Angels took both energies to the light. This was over twelve years ago and we now have names the describe the energies we cross over. Healing Key Way Practitioners have evolved in our understand of negative energies intent and potency, happily Angels do the work at our request without us knowing everything.
The Second boy an eighteen-month old had two different categories of energies attached to him none we had names for at the time. Finally, we did the house. We asked Angels to heal the land where the house sat and surrounding land, then we check the house for negative energies and there were some in the kitchen near the refrigerator. These energies were scaring the dog and intended to do harm to all, the dog saw or felt them and did not want to go in the kitchen. We sealed with a blessing for the house and all who lived there. We all took a deep breath of relief.
The next day I called the mother and asked if the fire energies went off that night and they had not. She said the house felt peaceful and even the dog was hanging out in the kitchen.
She expressed her gratitude and appreciation and told me she hoped to work with me again for her own healing.
My partner and I learned a great deal form this session. I left the partnership and I heal haunted house starting with the people who live there first.

Over time
Construction is quick and yet slow. it depends on the stage of construction. Framing seemed to take the longest to me. I would go to the site everyday after work to see what was new. The foundation walls were in place and then the framing had to be completed. It was interesting walking around on dirt and and building residue, while try to see how things were going to be.
Meantime I am still getting directions from my higher self of what to do and not do. I was directed to do no construction or work on the house. So I shopped I bought stainless steel sinks from IKEA, they were round and they went into the bathrooms. I bought very cool bathroom faucets from Costco that were made in Germany. I shopped for light fixtures and towel holders. I found some amazing deals. I bought track lighting from Home Depot that is amazing and flexible. I shopped for paint, counter tops, cabinets, and all the pieces that finish a house. I didn't need to shop for flooring because I wanted heated cement floors with no finish. The floor has a clear acrylic sealer on it. It is so easy to care for and walking barefoot in the winter is so warm in my home.
My vision for my home was clean easy to maintain, kind of asian and modern. Later the asian influence seemed to dissolve and Mid century modern happened.

In addition to the mid-century modern look, mine is the only single story house in the neighborhood. They is what can happen when the homeowners refuse to create a Homeowners Association or architectural review. I wrote the by-laws for the neighborhood, because I was the developer. I spent a lot of time writing the By-laws for the neighborhood and the residents refused to adopt them. So ten years later the statute of limitations had expired and I could build whatever the city codes allowed.

Construction is fun!
After we signed all agreements it seemed like forever for the actual construction to begin. That is the permit process. Also I had not included sewer hookup fees, road impact fees and water hookup fees in my budget and that was a shock. The fees were over $8,000 being on a too tight of budget I was shocked. The cost of everything had gone up since building our first home.
Then Craig, my contractor, called me with Good and Bad news. I asked for the bad news first. This news made me so happy that I do not remember the good news. The bad news was that two thirds of the house had to be two feet underground! I was getting passive geothermal!!!! This did not change how the house looked from inside just a lower profile on the outside. Over time it has been amazing. As the trees grow I have no need for air conditioning or even fans for cooling. Imagine it is 100 degrees outside and you walk into your home and it is a cool 78 degrees without fans or any cooling device. This year my highest energy bill during the summer was $59 dollars and that was because I had company for a couple of weeks. The greater part of the house that is underground is on the bedroom area which makes it warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. The windows didn't change from the plan and I have to tell people to look outside to see the difference in elevation.
Other benefits to having a house two feet underground it is easier to paint, uses less paint, washing windows does not require ladder and you can see your plants outside. And if you need to climb in the roof that does not require a very big ladder.

Construction WooHOO!
After my house plan was finalized, I had to find a contractor. This was after one of my Healing Key Way sessions about being my own contractor and it became very clear I was not to be the contractor. Once again my higher Self have a better idea. I shopped contractors which was an education in itself. First where do you find a contractor? I went to the the Home Builder's association to get recommendations which they do not give but I came away with a list of contractors. Then I decided to call all my friends and family to find out if they knew of contractors they would use. A friend had built her own home and loved her contractor. I called him and two others to get bids. I had built a house before with my ex-husband and remembered how much time we spent with the contractor so liking the contractor was going to be important. I gave copies of my plans to all of the contractors and gave them time to work out the cost of building my house. About a week later we meet and discussed the bid and their thoughts on the project. The first contractor's bid was super high which was ok because we didn't click, the second contractor didn't know what a drop in bathtub was and was offended easily. The third contractor was my choice on so many levels. His company is Powell Construction and he is Craig Powell. His wife, Marga, is his office manager and they are an awesome team. Above and beyond that Craig KNOWS what he is doing, does it very well and constantly looked for ways to save me money.
Craig also works with the greatest team of subcontractors that ever came together. Of course I was the client but as a single woman I was treated with such respect and my ideas accepted and put into use.

Surprise!
Healing Key Way is not a system to access what to do or how to do things. It is driven
by the client's higher self and a lot of questions directed by the practitioner. So it what a huge surprise when my higher Self started telling stories about what it wanted and giving me directions. At this time I owned two lots in Northwest that I had been trying to sell for a lot of years, for whatever reason no one had bought either one of them. During one of my stories I was talking about how beautiful the view was from one lot, it reminded me of a fairy forest. The testing confirmed I was in the correct story and I was directed by Me to build on this lot. (We use muscle testing to find how to map the session.) I was stunned. I did not have the funds or credit to make this happen. My testing came up with the idea to ask a family member to be my mortage holder.
I asked this person to lend me the money to build my house, and the answer was yes. This began an interesting process, with my ego self's ideas meeting with my higher Self ideas. I thought originally to build a large house with an in-law apartment for me to live in and rent the bigger house. No, that wasn't what my higher Self wanted. I was to build my own house. Wow!
I contacted a well known architect in the Northwest, Jon Sayler. We had designed two plans that I had planned to build and sell, neither happened. Fortunately for Me he was available and willing to work for a flat fee. Things I wanted that raised the price of construction were, heated cement floors, two sided gas fireplace and all on one floor with the possibility of being wheelchair access. Jon designed a great house!
